Accessibility

At U-OV, we believe it’s important that everyone can enjoy a pleasant, inclusive and accessible journey by bus and tram. Our colleagues work hard every day to make sure your trip is smooth and worry-free. To us, that’s just the way it should be.

We’re happy to support passengers who need a little extra help – whether that need is visible or not. For example, with:

  • Clear travel informationthat’seasy to understand
  • Travel assistance at stations
  • HelpinstallingtheU-OV app

...and much more.

We’re constantly improving. Thanks to the European Accessibility Act, we can focus even more on making U-OV accessible. Behind the scenes, we’re working hard to make travelling easier for everyone.
