Lost and Found 

Have you lost something on one of our (community) buses or trams?

We’ll be happy to help you get it back. All items we find, are listed in the iLost search engine. 

How does iLost work? 

iLost is the search engine for lost property. Check the list on this page to see whether your item is listed. 

Almost all found items are online within 7 days. Sometimes it can take a little longer before an item appears. So be sure to check back regularly! If your item is still not listed after a week, the possibility that we've found your item is slim to none. 

Is your lost item listed? Then report it quickly! By answering a few questions, we can make sure it really belongs to you. After that, it’s simple: you can pick up your item or have it delivered to your home. 

Lost property is registered on iLost by our colleagues at various locations. If your belongings are found, they will be visible there as soon as possible. 

Please note that our Customer Service team does not have access to this system and therefore cannot help you track down your belongings. 

It is not possible to receive compensation if you lose an item or valuables at the station or on a (community or neighbourhood) bus or tram. U-OV cannot be held liable for lost items.
