Special assistance at Utrecht Central Station and in Amersfoort and surrounding areas

U-OV travel assistance at Utrecht Central Station

Starting December 14, 2025, OV assistants will be available at Utrecht Central Station. You can find them in the U-OV Service Shop and throughout the station. They can help you with:

Transferring from train to bus or tram
Installing the U-OV app
Arranging a wheelchair for you to borrow. Please call customer service at least 3 hours in advance and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you at the U-OV Service Shop.

U-OV assistance at Amersfoort Station

Our staff are also ready to assist you at Amersfoort Central Station. For example:

A helping hand when boarding or exiting
Information about stops and connections
Advice on accessible routes
Or simply someone to think along with you
You can find our staff in the U-OV Service Shop and at busy transfer points in the region.
