Complaint procedure

We strive to respond to your complaint as quickly and carefully as possible. A fair hearing will be applied in the process, always in a confidential manner.

Processing time

The maximum processing time for a complaint is 10 calendar days. You can also call us if you have a complaint or other feedback. We are happy to assist you personally right away.
