Sunflower lanyard

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard can be worn if you don’t have a visible disability, but you want to indicate that traveling by public transport is more challenging for you. Our drivers will recognize the lanyard and can take into account that you may need extra assistance. For example, the driver can give you a little more time, point out a seat on the bus or help you board and exit. Increasingly, fellow passengers also recognize the lanyard and may offer a helping hand.

The lanyard is available at the U-OV Service Shop at Utrecht Central Station and Amersfoort Station. You can simply pick up the lanyard there – you don’t need to prove that you need it.
